Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders or delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you by email.


2. Shipping Time & Rates

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

-Europe: 5–10 business days

-United Kingdom: 7–12 business days

-United States & Canada: 10–15 business days

-Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions — these will be clearly indicated on our website.


3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can use this number to track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.


4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are determined by your local customs office.
These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping cost.

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit.
